**Selection Criteria**:
SC1 Demonstrated high level of competence in the use and set-up of the Edval Timetable program with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in using the program

SC2 Demonstrated high level understand of the Compass Program

SC3 Demonstrated high level ability to understand and implement the strategic visions of the leadership team when constructing the timetable

SC4 Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills and high level interpersonal skills including a capacity to develop constructive relationships with staff and contribute to the leadership and management of the school.

SC5 Demonstrated commitment and capacity to actively contribute to whole school improvement initiatives, and a commitment to ongoing professional learning for self and others to enable further development of skills and expertise

A well designed efficient timetable which supports the Colleges strategic vision while providing transparency to teachers and striving to foster ambition and diversity is essential. This is closely followed by an efficient integration of the timetable and all its facets into the Compass system together with all amendments and ancillary class structures

This position is essential to the smooth running of daily operations within the college. The person filling this role will work closely with all staff, leadership and wider school community to facilitate a shared vision and has the potential of progressing to the College leadership team
