Role:


The Daily Organiser - Timetable Support/School Administrator fulfils an important organisational role to assist with the efficient and effective daily operations of the College through the deployment of personnel and resources which maximise learning.

It is expected that they will provide a high level of customer service to the student body, staff and visitors to the College and be competent in the provision of up to date and relevant information.

The Timetable Support - School Administrator is also responsible for maintaining and inputting accurate data for reporting to staff, School Council and Leadership teams.

Accurate data recording is important as it reflects in the provision of information and reports to families, staff, School Council and the community.


This position has line management responsibilities to the Principal but on a day to day basis is accountable to the Assistant Principals, Business Manager and the Office Manager.


Responsibilities:


A position at this level performs and/or supervises tasks that are carried out in accordance with guidelines, accepted practice and school policy.

This may include the supervision and coordination of other education support class staff within the work area or educational program.


The role is for a specific purpose for which there will be direct accountability as opposed to support roles that are carried out by a range of staff performing routine tasks under direction.


  • Daily Organisation which involves facilitating coverage for all classes and duties of teachers who are absent from the College.
  • Timetable support including responsibility for supporting the construction, setting up and managing of the College timetable
  • Administration Assitant involving answer telephone enquiries, assisting visitors at reception and supporting the enrolment/exit processes for whole school and record data correctly and efficiently.
