About the role:

EmployEase is a well-established RTO.

Working alongside our parent company Healthcare Australia, EmployEase has built a strong reputation as a leader in the provision of vocational training specific to the Health and Community Services industry.


This position will provide timetabling services to the Vocational Education programs, provide timely support and work closely with key stakeholders within the business to develop timetables, handle bookings and improve timetabling processes.


This role will oversee training facilities and coordinate liaison between lead trainers, trainers, RTO Manager and adhere to RTO business requirements.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Produce and finalise all course timetables within a 12week minimum timeperiod prior to the program's scheduled commencement date
  • Schedule and coordinate the allocation of assessors for final workplace assessments where required
  • Develop and maintain occurrence / course timetables in VETtrak (student management system)
  • Monthly reports on class sizes and rebooking of classes
  • Arrange replacement of trainers who are on leave due to illness, injury or other reasons
  • Make amendments to occurrence / course timetables as required and ensure all parties are notified
  • Coordinate and secure appropriate venues to scheduled courses as set by management

Skills and experience required:

  • The ability to perform tasks with high attention to detail
  • A high level of communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to prioritise competing tasks to meet timelines
  • The ability to identify a need and offer practical solutions
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Desired experience in VETtrak or similar Student Management Systems
  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team environment
