**Full-time and Ongoing Opportunity**:

- ** Commencing Salary: $73,772 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation and annual leave loading**

**About the Role**:
An opportunity exists for an experienced individual to join the Student Administration team as the Timetabling Analyst to produce timely and accurate campus timetables consistent with established timetabling principles and objectives and optimising asset utilisation and student experience.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Effectively collaborate and liaise with a range of Institute stakeholders to effectively co-ordinate and optimise the timetabling process.
- Provide high quality and effective customer service and specialist timetabling advice to stakeholders.
- Initiate, implement and monitor system and process improvements including testing, documentation and training.
- Coordinate daily operation of the Institute’s timetabling system (CELCAT).
- Relevant degree and experience; or lesser formal qualifications with substantial experience and expertise in timetabling in an educational environment.
- Significant understanding and experience of timetabling and systems/data management, specifically with respect to timetabling and student management systems,
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving, analytical thinking and process/system improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and influence behaviours and outcomes consistent with organisation objectives.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously to effectively plan, organise and manage own time to achieve goals within a set timeframe.
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines whilst maintaining close attention to detail.
