**A bit about the role**:
The Bradford Mint division at the Bradford Exchange, has a brand-new opportunity that would suit someone who has prior sales experience and/or Account Management experience.

You will be calling existing clients who have bought from The Bradford Exchange before and obtaining new business by calling to help them buy products that speak to their interests (mostly rare and unique coins and collectables) and convert those into sales. You will also be calling potential new business leads to sell to.

Through this, you will build a portfolio of clients that you will look after, being their main point of contact. This will include sales, general account management, following up bad debts and any after sale care

**How you will add value**:

- Call existing customers to help obtain products for them that speak to their interests and closing sales
- Service existing portfolio of customers through selling, account management and exceptional customer service
- Making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Achieve monthly targets as set by business management
- Great after sale follow up/ admin when required

**About you**:

- Minimum 1-year sales and/or Account Management experience,
- Experience in a high number of Outbound and Inbound calls
- Experience in retention and debt collection preferred but not essential
- Driven and fearless in reaching out to our customers to make the sale
- Ability to work towards meeting targets and KPIs
- Strong ethics, honest, high energy and loves being part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills - must be able to articulate

Pay: $68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parramatta, NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales or Account Management: 1 year (required)
