Regularly monitoring and evaluating risks and maintaining proper reporting mechanisms to promptly identify and partnering with the business to close issues. By having strong first line of defence measures, we can reduce the likelihood and impact of potential risks, protect its assets, maintain financial stability, and ultimately provide better services to its customers.
- In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring a centralised and coordinated approach to incident management. You will triage, coordinate and escalate incidents, helping to minimise any impact and disruption caused. Liaising with a range of stakeholders, you will enhance incident response capabilities, driving continuous improvement in incident management practices within Zurich.- Important to your success - let's grow together- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, internal controls frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong project management skills
- An analytical mindset and ability to prioritise incidents effectively
