Due to our organic and acquisitional growth, we are seeking an IS Incident Manager in Sydney to join our IS team. This is your chance to join a global leader and become responsible for minimizing the impact of incidents on both customer and business operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the IS Incident Management process, procedures and policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders & product management to continuously improve the internally built Incident Management system
- Analyse and take corrective actions required to meet Incident Management KPIs
- Ensure high quality incident recording and maintenance
- Prepare Incident reporting
- Provide management information and make recommendations for process improvements
- Develop and maintain strong departmental and stakeholder relationships
- Train IS staff and stakeholders in the Incident Management process, procedures and policies
- Manage both complex and Major Incidents from beginning through to resolution, as required, including:

- Analyse Incident records to determine any trends or apparent Problems that occur
- Ensure Problem tickets are raised when the root cause requires investigation

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years IT Incident Management experience
- Competence using an Incident Management system
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills
