Incident Management
You will report and manage all incident management processes across the PGM. You will collaborate and coordinate with all support, project, and environment teams across the PGM. Work closely with associated support teams for the resolution of incidents including Sev 1 [24x7]. Engage with Product Owners/release managers & delivery team around prioritisation of Incidents.
    
Skills and experiences required
 

  • In-depth knowledge of incident/problem management and governance frameworks, including best practices and protocols.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Cobit, or other IT Operations Frameworks.
  • Minimum 7 years experience and exposure to enterprise operations and technology environments.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong organisational skills & abilities.
  • Strong relationship management, influencing, and leadership skills.
  • Participate in an on-call rota to support all incident management activities.
  • Excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
