As the Group Sales & Support Manager Oceania, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy, leading our sales team, and ensuring sustained revenue growth across the region. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, nurturing relationships with key clients, and managing regional sales teams to exceed sales targets.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for performance vehicles and sales leadership.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy, with a focus on expanding into new markets and increasing market share.
- Lead and manage a diverse international sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and major clients worldwide.
- Identify emerging market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, forecast future sales, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Oversee the development and negotiation of large-scale contracts, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in each region.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and events.
Haltech is currently in a growth phase in all aspects of our business, therefore the right person will possess the following qualities.
- A Sales Strategy - University Qualifications in Sales Strategy and/or 5 years of industry experience
- High Level of technical competence in automotive systems and engine management systems
- Experience in Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges
- Budgeting and Data Analysis experience
- Experience in public speaking, pitching new products / ideas to a wide variety of audiences
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a Sales environment with accelerated growth
