**Who are we looking for?**:
We are looking for warm and friendly volunteers that enjoy assisting in an office environment to support the functions of services to customers, with an availability of a minimum of 2 hours on any weekday Monday to Thursday.

**What can you expect to be doing?**:

- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying and organising documents.
- Making calls to customers to gain valuable feedback on their services or for a friendly chat.
- Provide researching or data collection to enhance current projects (when available).
- Provide general support to staff with routine office functions.
- Contribute to the efficient running of our Community Aged Care programs.

**What do you need to bring?**:

- Ability to work effectively within an officed based team environment, in accordance with AnglicareSA’s values
- Empathy, compassion and in a non-judgemental and respectful manner
- Basic computer literacy and skills
- Relate well with people from a variety of different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
- The ability to report to line manager any areas of concern regarding the customers you are working with
