**Who are we looking for?**:
Our Executive General Manager is seeking a key partnership role in his Executive Assistant. He has a strong strategic vision for aged care services, and is looking for someone who:
- Can develop a clear understanding of his strategy and what she's trying to achieve, seeing the bigger picture
- Ensures his time and energy are directed in the right place to help deliver on that
- Is comfortable with ambiguity and doesn't require a lot of structure and guidance day to day
- Enjoys working with an Executive who operates at a fast pace and pushes to get results
- Has experience supporting operations, with a focus on progress over perfection
**What can you expect to be doing?**:
- Reporting - monthly Executive and Board reports, process and record expenditure, prepare financial reports
- Project coordination - research and support project activities as required
- Relationship management - facilitate smooth communication, coordinate and plan meetings, work collaboratively with other EAs
**What do you need to bring?**:
- Qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Experience delivering high level confidential executive support services
- High level of computer proficiency, especially MS Office
- Proven ability to set up and maintain administrative systems
- High level organisation skills with the ability to maintain composure under tight timeframes
- Ability to act confidentially and exercise discretion
- As this is a position within aged care, 2x doses of a COVID-19 vaccination and a current flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain) are required
