**Responsibilities**

**Brand Acquisition and Partnerships**:
Identify and target potential wellness brands that align with our company's values and objectives.
Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the wellness industry.

**Marketing Strategy Development**:
Create and execute marketing campaigns specifically tailored to attracting wellness brands.
Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising, to enhance brand visibility and appeal.

**Sales and Negotiation**:
Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation and initial contact to negotiation and closing deals with new wellness brands.
Prepare and present compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of partnering with our company.

**Market Research and Analysis**:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies within the wellness industry.
Analyze market data to understand the needs and preferences of wellness brands.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:
Work closely with other departments, including the marketing, product development, and customer service teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to brand acquisition and management.
Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to network and promote our company.

**Reporting and Performance Monitoring**:
Regularly report on sales targets, campaign effectiveness, and market analysis findings.
Continuously assess and refine marketing and sales strategies based on performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the wellness, health, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passionate about the wellness industry with a keen interest in market trends.
