Through its various brands, the company offers high-end raw materials, semi-processed and finished products across B2B and B2C channels, including industrial, artisan, Ho.Re.Ca. and retail.

The company is currently seeking a Key Account Manager to be based at their office in Sydney. This role would focus on the entire NSW region and the role will span across upselling, cross selling with a focus on new business development within the industrial FMCG sector.

In this role, you will report directly to the country manager and being a small team in Australia, this role also comes with the opportunity to work in a startup environment, yet still being a part of a larger, global organisation.

In the role of Key Account Manager the objective is to develop and expand the relationships with existing customers, including major key clients. You will also play an integral part in generating new sales within the industrial sector and also collaborate with the sales team to maximise profits by up-selling or cross selling into current accounts.

This role offers a base salary up to $110k + Super + Travel Allowance + Bonuses (These bonuses are linked to Quarterly, Yearly and Company performance offering the opportunity to earn bonuses 3 times a year)

You will be working from the offices in Sydney but this role would be field sales. You will not be required to be in the office every day and you will be able to travel to your clients across NSW as needed.

To be successful, you should have at least 4 years' experience in Sales/Key Account Management preferably within the industrial FMCG/Perishable Goods sector, showing the ability to generate new business independently and also up-selling/cross selling into current accounts.
