**Description**:
**About the Role**:
As a Key Account Manager, you will play an important role in driving business growth by developing new and existing accounts with a strong customer-focused approach.
You will balance managing the opportunity pipeline and overseeing customer account management to ensure seamless sales processes and exceptional client satisfaction.
This role is based in Sydney, NSW.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction through rapid customer response times.
- Keep accurate records, document customer service actions and discussions, process orders and generate quotes etc.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
**Customer Account Management**:
- Administer key account management for customers in the designated territory.
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups and maintain customer contact.
- Task BDM’s with visits to develop relationships.
**Opportunity Pipeline**:
- Support the sales process by managing client activities, and providing project advice, quotes, and stock availability to customers.
- Task BDM’s with customer visits and follow-up to drive sales.
- Working with sales, own growing customer spend. (Grow tier 2&3 to tier 1 customers)
Internal Teamwork - collaborate with BDM’s and the Sales Team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and sales.
Information Gathering - collect and report customer satisfaction and development opportunities.
Education - educate customers on company processes to ensure successful order fulfillment and satisfaction.

- Track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience with business software such as Exo and/or HubSpot (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- People-focused with a need to delight our customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Well-presented and of good standing.
