We’re seeking an experienced Repairs, Spare Parts Manager who is ready to hook up to Australia’s experts in rigid truck bodies to lead the department into the future.

With a team of over 120 people boasting an average of 7 years’ employment, this company has cultivated workplaces that skilled people are drawn to remain in. **Get hands-on directing and coordinating the department like the boss you are.**
- Loading up solid quotes for truck body repairs
- Scheduling and coordinating repairs from start to finish
- Owning warranty claims and spare part sales like a pro
- Supporting and collaborating with other departments as they need it
- Creating new opportunities for growing sales and services

**The truck bodies might be rigid, but you’ll need to be adaptable.**
- Solid experience in the transport or manufacturing industries essential for a rolling start
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team towards common business goals
- Any background or knowledge of vehicle body building would be an advantage
- Have a problem-solving mindset in order to deliver the best outcomes for customers
- Ability to effectively communicate with people and organisations at all levels
