**Your Impact**

To ensure we meet our human rights and modern slavery commitments and to coordinate and engage with the business units and functions across Asahi Holdings Australia (AHA) & Asahi Group Holdings (AGH) to deliver our sustainability goals.

**Key responsibilities**

- Build upon and refine the strategy, solutions, training and implement initiatives/actions in areas required such as ethical/responsible sourcing (SEDEX program), Modern Slavery act, and audit and risk reporting.
- Measure and analyze progress against Modern Slavery commitments, objectives and performance targets
- Work closely with stakeholders to help ensure responsible sourcing and compliance outcomes are achieved and reported.
- Input and draft the annual Modern Slavery Statement
- Work closely with the Global Procurement Office (GPO) to align Human Rights Program
- Coordinate to enable development and execution of Sustainability action plans, projects and roadmaps
- Partner with teams across the business to build sustainability-based programs, content and engagement both internal and external.

**About You**

You will have extensive knowledge and experience within Modern Slavery and Sustainability in an FMCG or retailer environment.

As aa self-motivated professional, you will combine your excellent verbal and written communication with strong problem solving and analytical skills.

This role requires a strong stakeholder relationship builder with a change agent mindset.
