Creative and Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a **Creative and Administrative Coordinator** to join our small, dynamic team. In this role, you will have your own private office with a desk, computer, kitchen, and bathroom, plus access to a break area featuring a pool table and TV. You will assist in managing our social media accounts, customer support, administrative tasks, and marketing efforts, while also utilising your design skills. We value your input and ideas, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business. Your role will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and an excellent experience when interacting with our brand.

**Responsibilities**:
- **Social Media Management**: Post, respond, and engage with our audience across social media platforms.
- **Design & Creative**: Create marketing materials such as social media graphics, banners, and other visual content.
- **Marketing Assistance**: Support the team in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with a small, tight-knit team where your voice will be heard and valued.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in design is essential; admin and customer service experience is a plus.
- A proactive and collaborative attitude with a desire to learn.
