**National Sales Manager - Graphics & Innovation Division**
The National Sales Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of all sales initiatives and strategies for the company.
Leading a national team of six State Sales Managers and a 17-strong solutions sales team, this position will provide overall strategic direction, coaching and mentoring with regards to the sales activities.
This global leader in the manufacture of innovative self-adhesive graphic films, reflective materials and adhesive tape systems is currently experiencing year-on-year growth, still with room for improvement. This is a terrific opportunity to work with and report to, a Managing Director who is highly respected in the industry.
We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career, with further opportunities down the track.

- Highly professional and articulate with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high quality outcomes with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Significant experience in leading teams in B2B solutions sales, business development and project management.
Some inter-state travel is required for 2-4 days at a time.
**Work Experience**
- Minimum 3 years solutions selling management experience in B2B
Graphics industry experience is preferred but not essential
**Computer Experience**

- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), understanding of CRM and marketing automation software platforms
