**The Opportunity**:
Are all talent acquisition and recruitment roles the same? For most companies, yes. Matching resumes to generic job descriptions with KPI's and hiring volumes celebrated above quality and retention.

Our TA team is as global and diverse as the rest of our business, with colleagues in Australia, India, China, and Europe. And while we're not software engineers, we share an appreciation and respect for the tech industry and our technical colleagues that run deep.

We're expanding our team to ensure we continue to do things bigger and better.

This role will focus on tech hiring: Software Engineers, Information Services (network/security). While experience hiring in this space is not critical, a keen interest in tech and appreciation of this sector is.

You’ll be based at our Innovation Centre HQ in Sydney (Alexandria) and enjoy the high energy and usual perks of a technology company. Our culture is one of freedom with responsibility and our outcomes are highly engineered.
