**About the Role:**

* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for our Sydney team
* Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop and refine job descriptions, recruitment strategies, and interview processes
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and candidates to ensure alignment on hiring goals and seamless communication throughout the recruitment process
* Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to ensure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and continuously optimize for success

**Requirements:**

* 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in the Sydney market, with a focus on senior and highly technical roles (engineering, infrastructure, etc.)
* Strong knowledge of technical concepts and the ability to evaluate technical talent
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers
* A data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to inform and improve processes
