The Role

We are seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team of technical recruiters. As a key partner to our technologists and business teams, you will source and hire top talent across our organization. Your efforts will impact our business, hiring strategy, technology branding initiatives, and candidate relationships and pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Operations managers and recruiters to develop sourcing pipelines for high-impact roles
  • Be a strategic partner for our business and a subject matter expert on recruiting and hiring processes, as well as market, industry, and candidate trends
  • Build relationships with prospective candidates to build their interest in current or future opportunities with Sig Susquehanna
  • Research competitors and industry trends to develop creative job ads to attract new talent and increase qualified applications
  • Measure the success of sourcing and marketing efforts through metrics and make recommendations for change based on your findings
  • Develop relationships with local technical meetups to build brand awareness
  • Work with our Recruitment Marketing & Social Media Specialists on targeted campaigns to attract high-caliber candidates

Requirements

  • Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing recruiting environment; corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience recruiting technical, business, and operations roles is a must
  • Experience working in a highly selective hiring environment with technology and/or technical candidates
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task autonomously
  • Demonstrated recruiting experience, including sourcing, developing candidate relationships, and interviewing, required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proven capacity to develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationships is key to success in this role
