Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified individuals for management, executive, and specialist positions.
  • Interface with management to understand their needs for specific job functions and the requirements of different business areas.
  • Consult with management on hiring practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop a pipeline for hard-to-fill or high-volume positions.
  • Utilize innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate the use of third-party recruiting organizations with Human Resources Managers and hiring managers.
  • Construct and negotiate complex offers of employment and consult with hiring managers.
  • Proactively maintain market knowledge, including undertaking research.
  • Serve as an expert resource or go-to person within a group.

Requirements:

  • A college or university degree and/or relevant human resources work experience in a financial services environment.
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment, ideally in the financial services domain.
  • Technical expertise with in-depth knowledge of all areas of recruitment and sourcing methodologies.
  • Good analytical ability, excellent oral and written communication skills, and solid judgment.
  • Solid consulting skills and experience in client servicing and relationship building.
  • Strong systems skills, particularly with recruitment systems.

What We Offer:

A suitable hourly rate dependent on prior experience, with the view to convert to perm based on good performance. Successful candidates will be employed as an on-site contractor via Anton Murray Consulting with our client.
