Job Summary
Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Recruiting Team, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to hiring managers and advising on hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and hire qualified individuals for management, executive, and specialist positions.
- Interface with management to understand their needs for specific job functions and the requirements of different business areas.
- Consult with management on hiring practices, policies, and procedures.
- Develop a pipeline for hard-to-fill or high-volume positions.
- Utilize innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate the use of third-party recruiting organizations with Human Resources Managers and hiring managers.
- Construct and negotiate complex offers of employment and consult with hiring managers.
- Proactively maintain market knowledge, including undertaking research.
- Serve as an expert resource or go-to person within a group.
Requirements:
- A college or university degree and/or relevant human resources work experience in a financial services environment.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment, ideally in the financial services domain.
- Technical expertise with in-depth knowledge of all areas of recruitment and sourcing methodologies.
- Good analytical ability, excellent oral and written communication skills, and solid judgment.
- Solid consulting skills and experience in client servicing and relationship building.
- Strong systems skills, particularly with recruitment systems.
What We Offer:
A suitable hourly rate dependent on prior experience, with the view to convert to perm based on good performance. Successful candidates will be employed as an on-site contractor via Anton Murray Consulting with our client.
