Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an SAP Talent Acquisition Specialist in a fulltime capacity based in our Sydney office with flexibility to WFH. We are seeking an experienced recruiter with a good technical understanding in SAP and the ability to scope and network a talent market.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing and continually improving efficient operational and strategic recruitment methodology supporting the requirements of a growing business
- Maintain the applicant tracking system
- Preparing and posting job advertisements across different job boards
- Performing recruitment duties such as screening and qualifying applicants, scheduling interviews, performing background checks and verifying qualifications and experience;
- Maintain and establish a strategic pool of talent
- Assist with a variety of general HR tasks including but not limited to policy development, maintenance of intranet, visa preparation, staff communications, on
- or offboarding etc.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary degree or studying towards a degree in commerce, HR or similar
- Good skill set in the use of internet, search engines, relevant job boards, ATS as well as MS Office
- Customer centric attitude
- Cultural awareness
- Genuine interest in the technology sector
- Ideally good know of SAP terminology
- Ability to work in a small team in a dynamic environment
- Excellent oral and written English skills
