What you’ll contribute to

The Administration Assistant - Franchise Planning is primarily responsible for assisting with the Toyota and Lexus Dealer agreement and security processes in accordance with TMCA risk management policies, to ensure that TMCA Legal and Compliance obligations are maintained.

The role is part of the Southern and Central Division, which is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of market representation, Dealer standards, Dealer business operations and compliance activities to bullet proof the Dealer network and contribute to achievement of sales volume, market share and profitability objectives.

This is a Max Term role until December 2024 and is a based in Port Melbourne.

How you’ll make an impact- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of agreed Franchise Planning processes and procedures to achieve roll-out of dealer contract objectives.- Support the Franchise Planning Coordinator with preparation of documents & letters, by gathering, sorting and organising details from various areas required to compile agreements.- Update dealer registers documentation to ensure that any changes in systems, processes and procedures are documented accurately.- Gather and summarise information and data; prepare and distribute agreements, to ensure sound decision making based on accurate and timely information.- Liaise with internal or external customers in order to resolve queries and issues.- Help to maintain tracking reporting systems to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.

Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Secondary school and 1-3 years’ experience in relevant positions- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
