Our client is a small products and services business that has been well established for over 20 years. Whilst small, they count several household name businesses as their customers.
An opportunity has become available for an experienced and commercially aware Office Manager to work at their office at the north end of the Gold Coast. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for
- Dealing with queries from customers and suppliers
- Managing two administration staff
- Identifying sales opportunities with existing customers
- Sending out weekly Mailchimp promotions
- Proof reading all new orders before production
- Managing freight from overseas and interstate warehouses
- Invoicing and payments via Quickbooks
- Basic monthly report for Managing Director
In return, this is a Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm role which will be based in the office full time due to the nature of the work. The office is small and casual yet professional. Salary up to $80,000 + super
