**The Company**
The Cohen Group is one of South Australia’s most respected property management, investment and development companies. Founded in 1993, The Cohen Group has grown in South Australia and now manages a diversified property portfolio including the iconic Burnside Village Shopping Centre and various commercial and industrial buildings across metropolitan South Australia.
**About the role**:
Our client is looking for an experienced Corporate Services Administrator to join their team at Burnside Village. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary (CFO) you will be a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and providing general administrative assistance to the team.
**Duties will include**:
Assisting with collation of reports for the Board of Directors and minute taking for all Board meetings including Development Committee Meetings.
Assist in the collection of insurance certificates and other documentation for supplier and tenants ensuring and ensuring WHS records are updated and files correctly.
Assist the CFO to manage the IT systems and provide support as required,
Assist in coordinating insurance claims as required.
Maintain the office including office supplies and ensuring the kitchen and boardroom are kept clean and tidy.
Coordinate travel, corporate events, and catering of the Boardroom.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role/reception based role
Strong computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A high attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Certificate in Business Administration with be highly regarded, but is not essential.
