**Description**:
With over 60 years' experience in the building industry, Stairlock is one of Australia's largest staircase manufacturers. We supply and install exceptional quality staircases and balustrade systems for commercial and residential projects across Australia.
Due to continued growth and success, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Finance Coordinator or Office Manager with experience across finance functions, to join our established team. Based in our Head Office in Elizabeth South, this role is available on a full-time or part-time basis.
**About the Role**:
Working closely with the Group Systems Manager and the Financial Controller, this role is responsible for overseeing and being the first point of contact on accounting and finance matters as well as maintaining and providing user support for our in-house ERP system (NetSuite). This role will also lead 3 direct reports within the finance team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Financial management including end of month processes and end of year reconciliations for external accountants.
Maintain and update Cashflow forecast on a daily basis.
Prepare and manage all aspects of Debtor Invoice funding including monthly reporting and audit requirements.
Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
Management of all subcontractor records and payments
ERP/IT (NetSuite) management, acting as the super user and being the first point of call for user queries (training provided).
Support Financial Controller and Group Systems Manager with any other projects and as directed.
**About You**:
3+ years experience in a hands-on finance position
Exposure to all facets of accounting in SME including financial reporting, cashflow management, inventory, AP, AR, imports, fixed assets, payroll.
Experience using Excel formulas and Macros
Exposure to general office management functions including IT
Experience with ERP back-end functions, maintenance & reporting
Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
High level of computer literacy
General IT & systems knowledge
