- Part Time
- Located along the scenic Yarra River
- $66,000-$75,000 Pro Rata plus Superannuation

**The Position**
Our client situated within the insurance industry, is seeking an office all-rounder to join their close-knit team. They will be responsible for managing successful operations of the company offices whilst providing assistance to two directors.

Key responsibilities
- Provide management support to three offices, ensuring high presentation to meet compliance requirements.
- Create and maintain asset registers for company-owned assets.
- Increase staff engagement through organisation of national events and meetings
- Maintain company intranet with relevant information to keep stakeholders informed
- Coordinate staff onboarding processes and participate in recruitment administration, as required
- Complete scheduling for two directors; preparation of meeting materials, calendar bookings and travel requirements
- Ensure staff meet deadlines and commitments, following up where needed
- Organise and coordinate stock items to the Sales team, monitoring stock levels
- Plan and organise company social club events

**About You**
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Management role
- High proficiency in use of all Microsoft Office Applications is essential
- Intermediate mathematical and numerical skills, experience in the interpretation of numerical data would be advantageous
- Experience in marketing co-ordination (Preferred but not essential)
