Unlock your potential as a Project Coordinator Specialist with YMCA NSW, driving transformative change in the lives of children and young people across New South Wales.
We're seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our Transformation Program, supporting the delivery of projects that make a real impact. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to develop practical solutions, manage smaller projects, and drive progress towards strategic priorities.
This is a hands-on role for someone ready to step up and make a difference, balancing 60% coordination and 40% delivery work. You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering projects: Managing smaller projects or components of larger ones, taking ownership of planning, execution, and reporting.
- Driving progress: Assisting business owners by coordinating project updates, running review meetings, and tracking progress.
- Streamlining processes: Using Microsoft Teams and other tools to improve reporting, dependency management, and overall project efficiency.
- Supporting transformation: Playing a key role in monthly reporting, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring projects align with strategic priorities.
We're looking for someone who excels in stakeholder management, communication, and planning. With experience in project coordination or a desire to step into a broader role, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment and be comfortable working with technology and tools like Microsoft Teams.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of $110,000 plus superannuation, a dynamic and supportive team culture, and opportunities for growth and development. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people, apply today to join our team and contribute to our mission-driven organisation.
