Quay Appointments is a well-established Government organisation located in Parramatta.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Projects Team to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Maintenance of system data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Task tracking and management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Budget and resource management to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Provide administrative support including preparation of documents, briefings, reports and drafting correspondence.
- Organise and take minutes for team meetings to ensure clear communication and action items.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A positive, open and helpful mindset.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience as a Project Administrator or similar role.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Ability to present and communicate in a professional manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advantageous to have previously worked in the Government Sector.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
