**About the Role**

You will be working with two boutique organisations, one specialising in accounting and the other specialising in financial planning. Whilst two are separate companies, they interact like one small family. They share clients, an office, have joint functions and uphold a culture of mutual respect, autonomy, empowerment, capability and professionalism.

**Duties**:

- Assisting with general office administration and housekeeping
- Mail including ATO reminders etc
- Filing administration
- Process Payments received by credit card (occasionally)
- Managing stationery, keeping kitchen & coffee machine organized & clean
- Answering phones and taking messages as required (low volume of calls per day)
- Organising events / boardroom & meeting room management
- Organising and managing bookings for regular training sessions.
- Assisting with debtor reminders and collections
- Scheduling client review meetings
- Maintaining various registers / databases
- Assistance with financial report distribution, cash report, ongoing service agreements, EOFY reviews and ad hoc projects

**Skills and Experience**:

- A strong focus on quality and compliance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and schedule work activities effectively.
- Be adaptable to change.
- 2+ years industry experience and strong experience utilising the Microsoft Office Suite.
