  • Job Description
    About the role:


The Administrator's primary responsibilities include, data entry, account reconciliation, adjusting system pricing in coordination with the Sales department and suppliers, data checking system data prior to invoicing and engage with multiple internal departments.

Other responsibilities include the coordination of detailed reporting for management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise with outside suppliers/carters for delivery dockets and additional supporting documents;
  • Data entry of information provided by various outside suppliers;
  • Investigate incorrect information provided by suppliers and resolve any issues or problems;
  • Review and collate system generated data prior to remittance to internal department for invoicing.
  • Monthly account reconciliation; preparation of Debit and Credits
  • Produce and collate system generated reporting
Pricing

  • Check and enter data for new products and trucks into the system as required;
  • Ensure that any errors, returns or exchanges are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner. Productions of QIRs and credit/debits.
  • Approve new quotes raised in the system by sales department and check to ensure accuracy and compliance;
  • Frist point of contact for all Sales Reps regarding pricing;
  • Special pricing requests.
  • Coordinating Customer Price increases and data entry into the systems
  • Use of multiple internal computer systems
Reporting and Stats

  • Produce reports as required.
  • Desired Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Experience using Microsoft office with a focus on excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Work well in a team & autonomously
  • Reliable & Punctual
