**THE POSITION**

Reporting directly to the Regional Director, the role of Administration Assistant will suit an ambitious individual looking to develop or build their career in office and business support. This is a full-time role, based at our Ipswich office, in QLD Australia.

We are searching for an individual with a professional attitude to provide functional support to the Regional Director and Australian business and fulfill the following duties:

- Responsible for all office managements tasks
- Provide reception duties and be a point of contact for business communication
- Administration of payables and receivables accounts
- Provide clerical support with data entry and basic accounting tasks such as payroll
- Undertake research and administrate funding deeds & sponsorship agreements
- Assist senior staff with meeting minutes, travel bookings and organising catering
- Represent ELLUC Projects in marketing, networking or other similar events where required.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Office administration or business support experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and planning
- Ability to work as a team to further develop your knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to develop a successful long term career
- Experience within the construction industry (or similar) will be seen as favourable

**SALARY PACKAGE**
- 20 days annual leave
- 5 days additional paid leave for Christmas shutdown
- This is a full time role with the equivalent of 37.5 hours per week minimum expected
- 6 month probation

**CAREER PROGRESSION**

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Ipswich, QLD 4305: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office management: 2 years (required)
