**Virtual Receptionist Position Available**
**Work from Home Opportunity**
Are you a skilled communicator with exceptional organisational abilities? Do you thrive in a remote work environment and enjoy assisting others? We're seeking a dedicated Virtual Receptionist to join our team.
This position offers the flexibility of working from home and requires availability to start at 7 am, Monday through Friday.
**Responsibilities**:
Manage incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Greet callers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple clients.
Ensure accurate and timely communication between clients and team members.
**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
**Benefits**:
