The organisation
We are currently partnered with an organisation that is a leader in its field and prides itself on a culture where their employees are driven and motivated to work towards a common goal. There is a strong emphasis on employee development as well as embracing an open, collaborative and team focussed environment. They are looking to bring on a HR Administrator to support the team over the next month.
The role
Reporting into an inspiring HR Partner during an exciting time, you will gain exposure to projects as well as managing general HR administration. Day to day, your role will involve:
First point of contact for all HR queries;
Drafting contracts and letters of offer;
Processing changes of conditions and employee movements;
Managing the HRIS;
Supporting recruitment activities, including pre-screening; and
Ad-hoc assistance with HR projects.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be an energetic, professional and positive individual with a strong passion for HR and customer service.
Previous experience in a HR Administration or Coordination role is essential;
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and
Impeccable ability to provide proactive support to a HR Partner.
