Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage diaries and schedules, ensuring all appointments and meetings are well-coordinated.
- Take the lead on event management, from team meetings to product launches, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.
- Provide top-notch administrative support to the CEO and senior team members, including travel arrangements and calendar management.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new team members.
- Maintain organised and welcoming conference rooms, ensuring they are properly set up for meetings.
- Handle expense reports and serve as the go-to person for all administrative needs, from office supplies to facility management.
- Act as the primary liaison with building management for facility maintenance and security matters.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Outlook.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving needs.
