Sales Representative Heavy Machinery

**Job description**
We are currently seeking experienced Automotive, Truck, Agricultural, or Equipment Sales Representatives to join our team at our Sydney Headquarters in Silverwater, NSW. As we continue to experience business growth, this role offers an exciting opportunity to sell construction equipment from well-known brands and potentially pave the way for future advancement within our organization.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Actively seek out sales opportunities for new equipment through daily cold calling and prospecting for new business.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM system to accurately reflect the activities performed.
- Take action to qualify and convert leads into sales in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet market share expectations and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) provided by management.
- Assist in organizing and attending trade shows and related networking activities.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Excellent cold-calling and telephone skills, or a willingness to learn, along with a strong belief in regular prospecting.
- A high level of motivation and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience working towards KPIs.
- Experience in operating and maintaining a CRM system, or the ability to quickly acquire such skills. Knowledge of HubSpot will be highly regarded.
- A confident, courteous, professional, and ethical sales approach.
- A reasonably strong mechanical aptitude.
- The ability to develop new and existing relationships with customers.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent computer skills in the MS Office suite.
- Additionally, we are looking for individuals who are trustworthy, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously.

- Compensation package includes On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $100,000 plus, consisting of a base salary with additional commissions and/or bonuses based on performance.
