**Inside Sales Representative**
As an Inside Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by actively engaging with customers and effectively promoting the company's products and services. Working from within the sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, handling inquiries, and closing sales deals. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of our sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Promotion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques and product knowledge to promote our world class solutions, effectively conveying the value proposition to customers. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary details are captured, pricing is correct, and delivery expectations are met. Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics and production to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions and ongoing support to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential leads and market opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline updates using CRM software. Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics to evaluate progress against targets.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the field sales team, marketing team, and other internal stakeholders to align efforts, share customer insights, and provide input on product positioning and marketing campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar customer-oriented role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the label and packaging industry is a plus.
