**About the Role**:
As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve:

- Understanding and effectively communicating the features and benefits of our diverse range of products.
- Processing orders through various channels such as EDI, Frozen, and Web, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Providing support to both back-of-house and front-of-house departments, contributing to seamless operations.
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement, potential opportunities, and important customer feedback, and communicating these insights to the management team.
- Managing, documenting, and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Supporting sales objectives by effectively communicating the company’s promotional plans.
- Preparing and processing credit notes, and handling payment processing tasks.
- Coordinating with relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
- Managing bookings and liaising regarding stock and incoming goods.
