Office Administrator
About the business and the role
Our client has been successfully producing quarry products since 1996, due to long term employee moving interstate they are now seeking an experienced Office Administrator at their Anakie Site to work in a fast-paced environment who can multitask in bookkeeping, payroll, basic HR, and general day to day office duties.
Duties and responsibilities
Preparation / processing of site payroll using MYOB.
Assisting with inhouse sales processes such as basic quoting, organizing transport and processing of monthly accounts.
Basic HR documentation including WorkSafe, maintenance of employment and training records.
Preparing communication, reporting and information to all key stakeholders / suppliers.
Providing relief to the operation of site Weighbridge.
Skills and Experience
Experience in accounting / bookkeeping with experience in the preparation of a payroll using MYOB.
Customer contact skills in a service / retail industry is desirable.
Strong levels of personal presentation, communication, and attention to detail.
Well-developed computer knowledge, MS software, planning and organization skills.
Industry knowledge of transport and or Quarry operations highly regarded.

Current Drivers Licence due to site location.
