Create impact as a **ServiceNow (SNOW) Process Improvement Consultant.**

**YOUR ROLE**
This newly created role will give you the opportunity to carve out your own successful path at IAG.
Reporting to the People Connect Manager, your role is to craft and enhance the People Connect Operating model. Your focus will be on training, support and change management initiatives, including training the virtual agent/chatbox function.
You will act as the key engagement contact within the HR / Centre of Excellence teams partnering in the design of Tier 1 service to be supported by People Connect
Critical to your success you have experience using ServiceNow (SNOW) and leveraging technology to automate change.

**ABOUT YOU
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills or other data manipulation tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key stakeholders.
- Experience in development of training plans and providing coaching and support in a contact centre or shared services environment.
