**Job Description**:
The Front Office Manager will be responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining procedures; and drive service initiatives for Front Office;
- Ensure the highest levels of productivity;
- Efficiently and proactively manage guest feedback, implementing changes to prevent re-occurrence;
- Collaborate with other leaders to meet shared goals and responsibilities;
- Lead by example and empower the team to focus on a positive guest experience at all times and
- Manage and activate the loyalty experience for our valued members - Drive loyalty engagement and enrolments.

**Qualifications**:

- Working within a Hotel Front Office team;
- Experience working with Opera/Opera Cloud;
- Communication - Verbal and Written;
- Time Management;
- Relationship Management and
- Being able to work and lead the Front Office team.
