**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

The City’s Corporate Information Services (CIS) team is currently seeking a customer focused Service Desk Officer to join the team on a permanent full-time basis.

This permanent full-time role is a level 5 Inside Workforce Agreement and attracts a salary range of $71,495.85 - 75,261.47 per annum, plus superannuation and fantastic benefits.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**

In order to be successful in this role you will have a thorough operational knowledge of ICT desktop operating systems, devices and peripheral hardware with ‘hands-on’ experience of configuration and troubleshooting. You must be self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively as part of the Service Desk and CIS team.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- A relevant IT qualification or Professional Certification with demonstrated equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with management and users to determine their issues and to provide IT solutions/resolutions
- Excellent organisational, project-management and planning ability
- Strong understanding of ITIL Framework and IT Service Management
- Ability to organise your time efficiently, multi-task and prioritise
- High attention to detail
