Procruit have partnered with a renowned National Property Funds Manager that due to expansion are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Project Coordinator to their Asset Management Team.

Many of the assets are A-Grade Commercial buildings in Melbourne CBD.

**The Role**

***
Working closely with the Head of Department you will:

- Provide coordination and administration of project requirements including meetings, minutes, budgets, programs, and progress reports.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, assisting with preparation reports, schedules, presentations and new business bids and proposals.
- Manage and coordinate project processes through the project life cycle, liaising with consultants, design teams, contractor, and other project team members.
- Maintain documentation and files to project requirements, from initiation through to close out.
- Maintain project budgets, cash flow, and tracking of project related accounts.

**You will have**
- Relevant qualification in project, engineering, architecture and/or business administration
- Exposure to the built environment, preferably with consultancy side, facilities, asset management, project, or property team experience.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite (experience with project software desirable).
- Effective and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management skills, punctual, effective and outcome focused.
