Alstom are currently recruiting for a **Project Coordinator** to work on the **Rail Network Alliance Project**. Join us, and be based in Melbourne on a 10+ month fixed term engagment with potential for extension.

As Project Coordinator, support the Project Manager in coordinating the Project Core Team in the successful completion of their assigned tasks within schedule, allocated budgets and scope to the required quality.

**In this role you will**:

- Support Project Manager to coordinate and facilitate the internal Project Management governance process including project meetings and providing administrative supports to the project as required.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal Change Management as well as maintenance its database and report.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal Project Risk, Opportunity and Improvement Management as well as maintain its database and report.
- Monitor the Project timesheet reporting are accurate and submitted on time.
- Invoices are done accurately and on time for all kinds of payments.
- Consolidate the supporting documents for monthly claim payment status reportsSupport project audits and process improvements

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration, Project Management or Engineering Management
- Financial function experience OR demonstrated project coordination experience
- Cross-functional knowledge / relevant experience required by the position/role
