**Job Summary**
Reporting to the Director of Distribution Management Cluster Lead (EME, South Africa & APA), the Distribution Dealer Network Manager, in alignment across multi-functional brands and key internal department stakeholder and functions (Sales, Service, Parts, Marketing Finance etc.) ensure that the dealer distribution network in the ANZ market is developed in accordance with the guiding principles, legal compliance and the dealer global network strategy to achieve the respective targets, which are measured on:
- Dealer distribution Network coverage quality
- Dealer distribution Network consolidation level
- Dealer Network exclusivity / brand focus
- Dealer distribution Network performance levels and tool implementation
- Dealer distribution Network and compliance and dealer quality
**Responsibilities**:
- Support dealer network transformation and plan and drive the dealer network global strategy and ensure execution
- Ensure dealers meet quality standards, legal compliance and execute local dealer performance reviews, ensure quality/implementation of improvement actions
- Strategic dealer communication, create individual mid-term strategic improvement plans by dealer
- Coach and mentor dealer network on financial health business strategy
- Provide the interface between AGCO Global Dealer Network Distribution Strategy, its dealer partners, and customers within the designated region of responsibility.
- Work with key AGCO stakeholders within all departments to ensure AGCO’s business strategies are being met.
- Align sales and marketing activities within the region of responsibility with the dealer network distribution strategy.
- Prospect, nominate and terminate dealers, distribution contract negotiation
- Measure and improve AGCO dealer partner s across all brand functions performance by actively formulating business plans and strategies.
- Analyse and report accurately on competitor market intelligence.
- Manage, motivate, and train dealer partners and their sales staff to ensure a profitable business model is achieved.
- Ensure that the dealer network partners within the designated region of responsibility have a high level of satisfaction with the service level provided to them by the Dealer Network Distribution Manager.
**Minimum Qualifications Required**
- Experience in Agricultural machinery dealer network distribution management or sales at a multi-outlet network distributor partner or with an OEM in agricultural /construction machinery or truck/automotive
- Experience and demonstrated knowledge of Finance and Commercial Law in a dealer network distribution environment at a senior level.
- Ability and demonstrated experience to drive a multi brand global strategy and lead change
- Lead, engage and support a team
