**Who We Are Looking For**:
The Application Sales Manager acts as the coach for the field sales team and conduit to our distribution partners. This position is ultimately responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of the field sales team, and every FENDT customer, along with handling all reporting and administrative activities associated with this.
**What You Will Do**:
Coach and partner for the sales team:
Responsible for a target-oriented sales funnel management on dealer / importer level.
- Training of dealer sales teams on Fendt sales methodologies and processes, as well as support and control of compliance.
- Coach dealer sales and admin staff in the use and implementation of Future Sales Force, DCX and associated AGCO sales tools/processes to drive sales process improvements for effective reporting and analysis.
- Providing technical product know-how to enable dealer personnel beyond initial training courses.
- Develop, record, and implement action plans with dealer salesmen and sales managers to improve performance.
Ensuring The Satisfaction of Every FENDT Customer
- Representing the brand towards the retail customer in day-to-day business
- Preparation and execution of product consultations and demonstrations
- Supporting salespeople in closing challenging deals
- Local implementation and monitoring of centrally prepared activities such as launch campaigns, field days, exhibitions, trade fairs, etc. in cooperation with the distributor.
- Reacts quickly and comprehensively to negative results in customer satisfaction surveys (CSI).
Reporting And Administrative
- Applies current sales reporting systems to collect and prepare data for each assigned product group or region.
- Execution of sales funnel reporting including lost sales reporting
- Independent and autonomous organization of the workload
**What You Will Bring**:
- Retail Sales Skills, regional in-depth market understanding, agricultural business knowledge and product knowledge are essential.
- Knowledge of combine equipment and sprayers is beneficial.
