**Market Deployment Manager**

**Who We Are Looking For**:
The Market Deployment Manager leads Digital solutions deployment in a given market, market cluster or distribution channel, following the co-deployment approach together with the brands according to the defined methodology (deployment playbook). The MDM is responsible for planning and preparation of the deployment of a certain set of Digital solution, according to the master planning, and its timely and high quality execution. The MDM is an integral part of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO).

In addition to planning and executing deployments, the MDM is leading strategic discussions with our distribution partners to define the best integration strategy aligning the goals and systems in the distribution partner's landscape, to the AGCO Digital strategy and portfolio, delivering best-in-class customer experience.

The role consists mainly of project management, stakeholder management, deployment and training coordination, quality assurance, status and progress reporting tasks. MDM steers timelines, resources and budget (where applicable), tracks milestones, aligns with BSMs, NSMs and ASMs of the brands, ensures regular communication to Dealers Principals, continuously reports to the Brands and the Digital Central organization and escalates issues and risks, if required.

The MDM has to coordinate all deployment activities in collaboration with all involved parties (Brand Sales and Marketing, Distribution Management, Digital product teams, DTO, AGCO Academy DSC) and to coordinate and steer external support if required.

**What You Will Do**:

- Responsible for local market planning and adapting central concepts, enabling rollout, managing the deployment project, coordinating and steering the involved teams from the brand, Digital and external support if applicable.
- To lead conversations with AGCO's key distribution partners to define a common digital journey, as well as ensuring that any requirement coming from such alignments is fed back to the Digital produc team or IT, ensuring a proper understanding of the gaps and underlying business value proposition.
- Manage proactively the stakeholders in the market and report out the status and deployment progress in terms of quantitative and qualitative KPIs. The MDM represents overall the Digital organization in the market, market cluster or distribution channel.
- Planning and preparation of the market deployment together with the brand with adapting the approach to the local specifities of the market, the dealer by dealer detailed onboarding and training planning, prioritization of dealers together with the brands, trainer quality control, rollout status reporting, organizing the hypercare support and being the key contact for the market in all regards of Digital.
