We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to play a pivotal role in the compliance administration of our business.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about company processes and procedures, and working within a team office environment.

- Providing key administrative support to the business as a whole.

**WHO WE NEED**

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Support with general administration tasks such as maintaining system platforms and registers
- Develop and edit a variety of Microsoft related documents to assist with the day to day operation of the Compliance department.
- Undertake a variety of office related tasks or activities to support other departments such electronic filing, system updating and generating reports, audit preparation etc
- Processing new and ongoing work by ensuring paperwork is correct and up to date
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service to your external and internal customers
- Assist with office receptionist and office management duties

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- Excellent IT systems skills
- Uncompromising attention to detail
- A love of process and getting it done right
- Good time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced skill level with MS office suite of products
- Be a quick learner of new systems
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong administrative skills
- Design and creativity in system space an advantage.
