**About the role**

Reporting to the CFO, utilise your **exceptional organisational skills **as the office Administrative Assistant facilitating the team achieving their short-term goals for a **6 month period **.

Prioritise the data entry of their previous transactions on their new digital system, assisting the company's goal to go paperless. Co-ordination of multiple a **dministrative tasks **across the team through a flexible working arrangement throughout the week. Your Microsoft Office skills will come to life when **formatting cohesive presentations, graphs and charts for the team.**

This is an exciting opportunity to experience a **flexible **Administrative Assistant role with the **scope to turn this into a permanent position
**Duties**:

- MYOB Data entry
- Ad hoc front of house duties
- Formatting presentations for clients
- Assist with general team admin duties

**Skills & experience**
- 5 or more years in an Administration role
- Contruction or Legal administration experience desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work productively in an autonomous environment
- Advanced MYOB is desirable
